MCPP - Assistant Security Manager (Philippines)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida; must be able to obtain and maintain a Philippines work visa

What you will do

• Oversee facilities security, access control, protective services, and emergency management operations.
• Manage security personnel, supervisors, training programs, and quarterly security briefings.
• Implement and maintain surveillance, alarm, access control, and secure communication systems.
• Develop emergency preparedness, response, recovery, mitigation, and continuity plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, external agencies, and other entities on crisis and disaster management.
• Assess security and emergency management processes for compliance with applicable directives and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in security management.
• Knowledge of DOD facilities security policies, the Interagency Security Committee Risk Management Process, and related regulations.
• Experience with security systems, emergency communication systems, incident management, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. stateside driver’s license, U.S. passport, and active Department of Defense secret security clearance required.
• FBI background investigation with no criminal, civil, or security violations required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Marine Corps policies, regulations, and orders.
• Industry certification.
• Experience with military facility security planning and anti-terrorism or force protection procedures.
