Salary: $113,932–$189,878 per year

What you will do

• Develop new business relationships and service existing commercial banking customers.
• Identify customer needs, recommend banking products and services, and resolve performance issues.
• Build referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, community organizations, and professional contacts.
• Represent the bank at community events and support its visibility through civic and organizational activities.
• Prepare accurate business development reports and coordinate with Commercial, Retail, and Trust personnel.
• Advise Business Development Officers 1 and 2 and Commercial Bankers on business development approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience, including commercial or business banking experience.
• Knowledge of lending laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, intermediate Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage business relationships, development activities, reporting, and daily risk and compliance responsibilities.
