Automotive Certified Service Technician (Mercedes-Benz)

What you will do

• Perform repair-order work efficiently according to dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems with diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and air-conditioning systems.
• Communicate additional service requirements to the Service Advisor and estimate repair time.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Service Technician experience.
• ASE Certification and A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service, collaboration, communication, learning, and computer skills.
