Salary: Up to $60 per hour/flag hour

What you will do
- Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles across all makes, models, and years.
- Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Troubleshoot guest concerns with technicians and the service department.
- Communicate repair concerns clearly and deliver work within deadlines.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, organization, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional automotive technician or mechanic experience.
- Master Certified L1 status or willingness to obtain an L1 certificate.
- Expert drivability and diagnostic skills, including electrical systems for all makes and models.
- Clean driving record and ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles.
- Ability to lift or move over 30 pounds, work with vehicles above head height, use hand tools, stand or walk for most of the day, and navigate a computer.
- Strong communication, professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to train and mentor other technicians.
