What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for existing and new clients pursuing complex lending opportunities.
• Partner with advisors to design creative financing solutions aligned with client capital needs and business growth objectives.
• Develop loan programs that maintain prudent structures and reflect a low- to moderate-risk appetite.
• Collaborate with the derivatives team to provide interest rate solutions for large, complex transactions.
• Manage the existing commercial credit portfolio, including credit needs, pricing, risk profile, compliance, and administration.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through introductions to relevant banking and wealth management partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of commercial credit experience.
• Experience working with wealth management clients and understanding of banking, investment management, trust, and estate planning.
• Experience structuring transactions, performing complex underwriting, and managing credit risk.
• Knowledge of credit documentation and ability to partner with legal counsel when needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and support a consistent client experience.
