Client Solution Specialist - Vendor Finance

What you will do

• Provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Gather, prepare, review, and verify documentation and related information.
• Complete standard processing activities and support compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, client teams, and service partners.
• Initiate, update, and verify client, account, and transaction data in relevant systems and prepare reports.
• Escalate implementation and servicing issues and provide general administrative support when needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 3 or more years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer support, relationship management, communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to follow standard procedures, manage risk, and support customer-focused solutions.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
