Senior Intelligence Management Specialist

Location: Charlottesville, VA, United States; may require up to six months of deployment annually.

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, scientists, and other mission personnel.
• Build and manage intelligence databases supporting the collection, organization, retrieval, tracking, and dissemination of mission data.
• Monitor intelligence reporting and mission information to identify updates, trends, discrepancies, and issues requiring attention.
• Manage Requests for Information, including documentation, assignment, tracking, coordination, and completion.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, charts, reports, and briefings covering production, workload, operational performance, and mission effectiveness.
• Support authorized cross-domain data transfers and information dissemination across JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. Government and allied information systems.

Requirements

• TS/SCI security clearance required.
• At least 12 years of relevant analytical experience, including recent experience within the last two years.
• Expertise in defining and resolving complex intelligence and mission problems and developing actionable recommendations for senior government and military leadership.
• Experience developing, validating, and implementing advanced analytic methodologies, intelligence tradecraft, and analytical techniques.
• Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and subject-matter expertise to senior officials, defense planners, policymakers, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desired.
