Senior Accountant (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, Mexico

What you will do

• Prepare and record journal entries in SAP and Central Finance while maintaining general ledger accuracy.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Coordinate local statutory financial statements and maintain accounting records in line with Argentine legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
• Support internal and external audits with reconciliations, schedules, analyses, and documentation.
• Prepare and review tax reporting packages and support income tax provision activities.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Global Business Services, and Corporate Finance teams on accounting, reporting, and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3–4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, or controllership.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX controls.
• Experience with SAP, account reconciliations, statutory reporting, and audit support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency and ability to collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting accounting operations, statutory reporting, or legal entities in Argentina.
• Knowledge of Argentine accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in multinational organizations or shared services environments.
