Bank Verification Representative (Insurance)

Location: Northbrook, IL, with a hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $36,000–$47,000 stated as an estimated hourly rate, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Validate policy information with insurance markets to update risk ratings in the system.
• Investigate trends and patterns in agent portfolios using the Trending Agent Review report.
• Verify agent bank accounts through outbound calls and document the results accurately.
• Process market return mail by researching and updating addresses in the system.
• Provide operational support to the Risk Department and moderate and document monthly executive meetings.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional phone-based customer service skills.
• Ability to capture key information and write clear, concise summaries.
• Prior verification or insurance experience is advantageous.
