What you will do
- Act as a point of contact for ad networks: negotiations, SDK rollouts, priority deals.
- Analyze weekly revenue metrics and recommend optimization experiments.
- Scout and pilot new networks (offer walls, niche RTB).
- Work with product teams to understand and optimize ad monetization trade-offs vs. other revenue and user experience.
- Conduct regular audits of fill rates, completion rates, and eCPMs.
- Improve eCPMs by learning more about our users.
Requirements
- Proven track record in mobile ad-ops for games and/or consumer apps with significant programmatic ad revenue and DAU (3+ years).
- Deep understanding of mediation platforms (Unity LevelPlay, AppLovin MAX, and Google AdMob).
- Strong analytical toolkit (Excel, SQL, Looker).
- Up-to-date on privacy regulations (GDPR, ATT).
- A network of contacts at ad networks and programmatic partners.

- Consultants with existing vendor relationships who can hit the ground running.
