Growth Manager (Mobile Games): Supporting user acquisition strategy and campaign performance for mobile puzzle games with an accent on data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on contributing to performance-driven growth efforts and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
Location: This is an on-site, part-time role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. No fully-remote working options are offered.

What you will do
- Support the user acquisition strategy.
- Contribute to campaign performance analysis and optimization.
- Work closely with creative and product teams.
- Contribute to performance-driven growth efforts.
Requirements
- Ongoing education in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Availability to work on-site in our Istanbul office on selected weekdays.
- Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general.
