Decision Analytics Consultant (Customer Analytics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Princeton, New Jersey; or New York, New York, United States, with work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices.

Salary: $160,000–$177,000 per year

What you will do

• Derive answers to client business analytics and reporting questions using quantitative methods.
• Work with clients to define information needs and identify the most appropriate data sources.
• Plan and execute data analyses to address specific business problems.
• Evaluate datasets and develop customer analytics expertise within client engagements.
• Communicate analytical results in a business-focused way to client stakeholders.
• Support client-facing projects during regular working hours and travel as required.

Requirements

• MBA with a quantitative bachelor's or graduate degree, or a PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences, or a related field; 5–8 years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA or 3–5 years of pre-MBA relevant experience, with strong analytical work.
• Experience with advanced modeling techniques and tools such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, client service, and team leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
