Analytics Manager (Credit Card Analytics)

What you will do

• Develop credit card risk management strategies and analytics insights to mitigate losses and support portfolio growth.
• Prepare reporting, implement and validate strategies, and conduct customer segmentation, competitive, sensitivity, and modeling analyses.
• Design, recommend, document, and execute targeting optimization using multiple disparate data sources.
• Use SQL, SAS, Python, and analytical software to develop, test, and execute strategies.
• Implement data quality controls and automate existing processes and reporting.
• Summarize and present analytical results and insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, statistics, economics, business management, or computer science; graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in a complex, data-driven problem-solving environment.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
• SAS experience and lending or consumer finance experience are preferred.
