What you will do
- Develop and execute the long-term enterprise Master Data Management strategy and roadmap.
- Define the MDM operating model, data ownership, stewardship practices, decision rights, authoritative domains, and enterprise standards.
- Partner with Data & Digital, Spend Management, Consulting, shared services, business leaders, and subject matter experts to create reusable enterprise data assets.
- Work with Platform Product Management, Engineering, and Enterprise Data Governance on platform priorities, policy execution, and scalable stewardship practices.
- Measure adoption, business impact, data maturity, and operational efficiency while promoting interoperability across products, client solutions, and analytics.
- Build and lead a high-performing team and drive enterprise transformation through executive influence and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in Enterprise Data Management, Master Data Management, Information Management, Data Strategy, or related disciplines.
- Experience building enterprise capabilities and leading large-scale transformation in complex, highly matrixed organizations.
- Experience designing operating models that align business, technology, governance, and operations around shared objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of Master Data Management, data stewardship, information architecture, hierarchy management, metadata, and data quality.
- Strong business, financial, operational, communication, and organizational leadership skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through collaboration.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree, MBA, or another advanced degree.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare analytics, supply chain, consulting, or technology-enabled services.
