Location: On-site in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do
- Review a high volume of customer orders and analyze account history, credit reports, and payment trends to determine credit limits.
- Communicate credit decisions and account information to customers by phone and email.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
- Evaluate high-risk and potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting focus preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
- 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service, or collections is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
