Focus on analyzing complex pharmaceutical datasets, assessing competitor and channel dynamics, and translating findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Location: Cambridge, United States
Annual base salary: $127,000–$180,000, plus eligibility for incentive and long-term incentive programs.

What you will do
- Build and present customer scorecards measuring performance against contract requirements.
- Analyze specialty pharmacy, distributor, inventory, demand, market, formulary, GPO, and non-retail sales data.
- Monitor product inventory in customer warehouses and support account teams in maintaining adequate supply.
- Develop channel intelligence, competitor utilization assessments, KPI reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- Support pricing and contracting activities, including gross-to-net calculations and contract analysis.
- Manage data deliverables with aggregators, interpreters, vendors, and internal teams while improving analytics and reporting processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a master’s degree.
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology distribution channel operations.
- Experience with pharma and managed markets data sources, including 867, 852, EX-Factory, IQVIA, Symphony Health, IntegriChain, Chargebacks, MMIT, and DRG Managed Markets.
- Ability to manage large datasets, use advanced spreadsheet functions, interpret trends, and collaborate with analytics vendors.
- Understanding of customer relations, contract negotiations, contract development, and global matrix organizations.
- Fluent English required; BA/BS in a related field required.

- Experience with relational databases, flat files, FTP, and SQL.
