Asset Recovery Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8 p.m.

Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Field inbound and outbound calls with internal and external customers about equipment use and the End of Use process.
• Coordinate the timely return of LifeVest, HFMS, AMS, and other serialized medical equipment.
• Create RMAs and Return Orders to track equipment returns.
• Schedule UPS shipments and arrange pickups by field representatives.
• Review customer reports, patient agreements, and related documentation to obtain contact details and required information.
• Coordinate with patients, field sales representatives, and other stakeholders while handling difficult conversations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of computer experience with strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• English and Spanish bilingual skills.
