Distribution Co-Op (MedTech)

Location: Somerset, New Jersey, United States; onsite five days per week, 8 AM–4 PM

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour

What you will do

• Learn and support distribution processes including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and cooler procedures.
• Manage cooler inventory, including counts, ordering recommendations, and vendor coordination.
• Lead distribution metrics review meetings and create performance reports in PowerBI.
• Lead monthly team meetings and tours for distribution groups, business partners, and patients.
• Identify and implement distribution process improvements based on team feedback and operational observations.

Requirements

• Completed the freshman year of an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Must work onsite five days per week from 8 AM to 4 PM and engage with the operations team in person.
• Strong Excel skills, along with excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PowerBI.
