Analyst, Compliance - Marketing (Financial Services)

Location: Austin, TX, USA; based in the Austin office

Salary: $75,000–$81,000 base salary per year, plus a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Monitor social media activity for compliance with regional regulations and firm policies.
• Review marketing and advertising materials for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Provide timely, practical compliance guidance to marketing and sales teams.
• Develop and enhance technology processes supporting marketing compliance reviews.
• Apply compliance requirements across investment advisory and distribution activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, operations, Legal and Compliance, and other global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, preferably in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses; firm sponsorship and study time are provided.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Accountability, urgency, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior compliance experience in investment management or financial services is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, private funds, fixed income, equities, and alternative investments.
