What you will do

• Learn development tools, programming concepts, and software development best practices with mentor guidance.
• Complete simple coding tasks independently and contribute to software design discussions.
• Document, implement, and test software features with support from peers and mentors.
• Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
• Build knowledge of the team's business domain and communicate the advantages of proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic programming skills in Java.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
