Facilities Lead

What you will do

• Oversee daily facility operations, site inspections, repairs, maintenance plans, and member support tickets.
• Coordinate cleaning teams, inventory, waste collection, and administrative matters with service providers.
• Manage vendors, quotations, purchase orders, SLAs, invoices, and operating expense budgets.
• Conduct health and safety inspections, manage contractor access, and support emergency response and evacuation drills.
• Prepare offices for move-ins and coordinate event setups, installations, painting, cleaning, furniture, and wiring.
• Partner with Community, Sales, members, and vendors to improve the member experience and maintain operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related industry.
• Experience working with multiple vendor partners and across different staffing levels.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; fluent English required.
• Availability to work on-site in São Paulo.
