TL;DR
Hospitality & Events Analyst (iGaming): Supporting Betano’s hospitality and VIP experiences across sports and entertainment events with an accent on guest communications, event logistics, administrative controls, and premium service delivery. Focus on coordinating registrations and ticketing, maintaining accurate operational documentation, tracking invoices and inventory, and improving the guest experience.
Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid way of working

What you will do
- Support hospitality operations before, during, and after sports and entertainment events.
- Assist with guest communications, registrations, accreditations, ticketing, invitations, and hospitality logistics.
- Maintain operational trackers, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and event documentation.
- Support purchase requests, payment follow-up, invoice tracking, validation, and internal documentation.
- Control hospitality materials, gifts, and branded-item inventory.
- Collect post-event feedback, prepare reports, support operational follow-up, and contribute ideas to improve guest experiences and administrative processes.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Initial experience, internships, or academic projects in hospitality, events, tourism, customer service, administrative support, marketing, or similar areas.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, financial controls, expense tracking, and administrative processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, or Google Workspace.
- Customer-first mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Intermediate English.
- Experience with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or administrative processes.
- Interest in developing a career in Hospitality & Events.
