Paralegal (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $71,100–$97,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support the Pharmacy and PBM Legal Sub-team with commercial contract work.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and related materials.
• Review and analyze commercial agreements, amendments, non-disclosure agreements, and related documents under attorney supervision.
• Manage multiple priorities and determine appropriate work methods with minimal direction.
• Work in a dedicated space that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, and LexisNexis.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely nationwide within the United States.
• Home internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with a dedicated workspace for protecting PHI/HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate legal or compliance department or law firm.
• Exposure to PBM, pharmacy, or healthcare-related commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with pharmacy laws, the pharmaceutical supply chain, or pharmacy benefit management operations.
