TL;DR
Management Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Associate) (Federal Government Operations): Coordinating HR, facilities, scheduling, reporting, tasker responses, and stakeholder documentation for a Federal Government client with an accent on operational oversight, regulatory research, and executive communication. Focus on gathering requirements, analyzing management functions, coordinating audit and review responses, and improving workflows with digital tools.

Location: Onsite in Washington, DC, supporting a Federal Government client in Arlington, VA

Salary: $128,000–$136,500 per year

What you will do

  • Coordinate HR-related actions, documentation, facilities requests, orders, calendars, meetings, and leadership engagements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports supporting operational and program oversight.
  • Track management and CGFS taskers and coordinate timely, accurate responses.
  • Organize documentation, meetings, and communications for audits, reviews, inspections, and external information requests.
  • Research legislative developments, regulatory changes, and other factors affecting programs and operations; prepare briefings and supporting materials for leadership.
  • Gather requirements, improve management workflows, and use emerging technologies and digital tools to support mission capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related work experience.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Strong organization and professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of analytical and evaluative techniques for planning, scheduling, and conducting management studies and analyses.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and able to upgrade to a Top Secret clearance as required.

Nice to have

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Research and briefing experience.
  • CGFM or another relevant professional certification.
