Talent Operations Coordinator (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; based in London or ready to relocate there and able to work in person 5 days per week

What you will do

• Coordinate EMEA recruiting schedules, interviews, calendars, time zones, and last-minute changes.
• Greet and host candidates onsite, ensuring a smooth and comfortable interview experience.
• Keep candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers informed with clear and timely updates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify issues and adjust hiring plans.
• Maintain accurate ATS data in Ashby and keep the recruiting pipeline organized.
• Improve hiring processes, prepare hiring metrics, and support team events, offsites, and research show-and-tells.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Strong calendar, time-zone, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, follow through reliably, and solve operational issues independently.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
• Discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Based in London or ready to relocate, with availability to work onsite 5 days per week.
