What you will do

• Receive, track, and manage merchandise throughout the content production lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate inventory and location information in studio systems.
• Coordinate merchandise requirements with production teams.
• Ensure products are available and prepared for scheduled photo and video productions.
• Support merchandise and prop procurement, product preparation, and post-production disposition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or better.
• Experience or capability in merchandise coordination, inventory tracking, procurement, or production support.
• Ability to work on-site in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
• Strong organization and coordination skills.
