Salary: $60,773–$83,561.75 per year

What you will do

  • Create and maintain production schedules, aligning materials, resources, and labor with production goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays and operational issues.
  • Coordinate production activities with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.
  • Use MRP and ERP systems to manage schedules and inventory levels.
  • Analyze production data to improve scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Support production-related troubleshooting and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 0–2 years of experience; this is an entry-level role.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, ERP, MRP, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software and basic manufacturing workflows.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or CIS.
  • APICS certification.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Participation in the 2026 SS Intern Academy.
