Senior Manager, Social Creative Acceleration

What you will do

• Architect and operate the end-to-end social creative workflow from brief intake through global delivery.
• Establish governance, prioritization, approval paths, service levels, and repeatable production processes.
• Plan resources, capacity, budgets, freelancers, agencies, and production partners across three global brands.
• Oversee social content production for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, paid social, influencer, and ambassador content.
• Build localization kits and transcreation-ready assets so global markets can adapt content without relying on Los Angeles.
• Own project management, DAM, workflow automation, AI-enabled processes, dashboards, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in creative operations, social media operations, marketing operations, or production operations.
• Experience building and scaling operational systems for social creative or brand organizations.
• Experience with resource planning, prioritization, governance, and cross-functional execution in complex global initiatives.
• Production experience across creator content, product shoots, organic social, paid social, influencer, and long-form channels.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Airtable, Asana, DAM systems, and social tooling ecosystems.
• People leadership experience, strong creative judgment, and experience implementing workflow automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.

• Experience with celebrity, athlete, or brand ambassador content.
