Provider Recruiting Associate (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for Registered Dietitian applicants and communicate hirify.global’s value proposition, policies, and processes.
• Manage applicants through the full recruiting journey, including vetting, offer setup, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Lead personalized outbound recruiting through email and phone to engage priority prospects.
• Manage the recruiting inbox and respond to applicant questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track recruiting metrics, improve funnel conversion, and inform hiring strategy.
• Collaborate with Provider Onboarding, Provider Marketing, Provider Strategy, and Product teams to improve the candidate experience and recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.
• Strong organization skills and experience managing high-volume processes with multiple interactions in parallel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, video, email, and chat.
• Ability to learn detailed processes quickly and take ownership with limited direction.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to develop creative process improvements.
• Passion for nutrition and wellness, with interest in expanding access to high-quality healthcare.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced startups, healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or technology.
