Technical Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; the posting also lists United Kingdom under Conditions. A fully valid visa is required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, coordination, deployment, and project closure.
• Coordinate client stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and technical dependencies across applications, integrations, and environments.
• Run meeting governance, maintain clear documentation, and follow actions through to completion.
• Maintain RAID logs, trackers, and delivery reporting.
• Identify risks and blockers early and escalate them appropriately.
• Act as the client’s main contact for status, risks, and decisions.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Full-lifecycle delivery experience with enterprise platforms, portals, or systems integration.
• Technical grounding in Oracle, Azure, APIs, and integrations; coding is not required.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent written communication and strong organisational ownership.
• Background in technology consulting or systems integration; experience with UAE government or semi-government clients is preferred.
