What you will do
- Administer, install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Skype for Business Server, Microsoft Teams, and Teams Phone.
- Provide 2nd-level technical support and troubleshoot moderately complex incidents across production, testing, and development environments.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and capacity, and implement improvements for reliable service delivery.
- Apply security patches, updates, and configuration changes across Exchange and Skype for Business environments.
- Develop PowerShell automation for user provisioning, licence assignment, and configuration audits.
- Design and integrate communication solutions, maintain technical documentation, and coordinate changes with IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional IT experience, including 3 years in a similar engineering role.
- English proficiency confirmed by a recognised language certification.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Hybrid, including administration, optimisation, tuning, capacity planning, and patch management.
- Experience administering Skype for Business Server, Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online.
- Advanced PowerShell skills, including the Microsoft Teams PowerShell and Exchange Online PowerShell modules.

- Experience with Connex, Dencrypt, or TimeFlex communication platforms.
