Network Automation Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain software for network management, monitoring, configuration deployment, auditing, validation, and testing.
• Monitor network health and performance through visualization and alerting.
• Integrate network automation solutions into engineering deployment pipelines.
• Automate software development, release, and operational workflows.
• Support Linux environments and containerized network services, including NMS, telemetry, routing controllers, syslog, TACACS, and NetFlow services.
• Research network automation trends and apply relevant technologies to improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Professional experience with networking, TCP/IP, IP routing protocols, BGP, and OSPF.
• Experience administering Unix-based systems and working with Arista, Cisco, Juniper, or Nokia network devices and automation interfaces.
• Strong Python development skills for scripting, automation, and data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, and Ansible.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, PostgreSQL or ClickHouse, APIs, JSON, and YAML.
• Fluent English and strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Django, DRF, or FastAPI.
• Experience building internal tools and dashboards with React.
• Advanced knowledge of Flowspec, telemetry, or gNMI.
• Programming experience with Go.
