IT Operations Specialist - Endpoints

What you will do

• Provide second-level support and troubleshooting for endpoint, identity, access, and Microsoft workplace services.
• Manage Windows, Apple Mac, mobile device, printer, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Cloud PC services.
• Administer user access through Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Operate monitoring tools, analyze service data, and contribute to operational KPI reporting and documentation.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, escalations, major incidents, and root-cause investigations in ServiceNow.
• Support endpoint patching, security policies, vulnerability monitoring, access audits, and compliance activities with the IT SOC team.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical role involving Microsoft solutions.
• Practical knowledge of incident, problem, and request management.
• Experience with monitoring and reporting tools, such as SCOM.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001.
• Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, structured working habits, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Relevant education in IT or a related field.
