Customer Operations Intern (with French)

Location: Barcelona Hub, Spain; hybrid work with work from home available up to 50%.

What you will do

• Support daily operational customer service activities and ensure orders flow smoothly from capture through delivery.
• Test new digital tools, validate functionality, and support rollout across markets.
• Adapt solutions to local market needs and help teams transition toward automation.
• Gather and analyze operational data to identify trends and measure performance.
• Document processes and activities to create reusable reference materials.
• Contribute to projects that improve service levels, agility, and productivity.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in tourism, translation, or interpreting, with an interest in supply chain and customer service.
• Fluent English and intermediate written French.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data charts.
• Experience or ability to work with large databases, analyze complex information, and solve problems logically.
• Strong communication, teamwork, autonomy, discipline, and ownership.
• Minimum availability of 500 hours.
