Estimated annual salary: $300,000–$380,000 for Austin; $330,000–$415,000 for New York; €145,000–€180,000 for Lisbon; £200,000–£250,000 for London.

What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering customer-facing cybersecurity products.
• Partner with Product Management to define and execute product and engineering strategy.
• Mentor engineering managers and engineers across the organization.
• Drive cross-organizational projects and develop engineering best practices with international peers.
• Define metrics, guide team performance, and lead continuous improvement.
• Build a results-oriented engineering culture based on curiosity, kindness, and empathy.

Requirements

• Experience managing engineering managers.
• Experience managing complex projects with external dependencies.
• Strong technical background with the ability to set technical direction and own decisions.
• Experience hiring engineers and developing high-performing teams.
• Results- and metrics-driven approach with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub if advancing to the offer stage.
