Senior Vice President of Technology (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States — remote, with travel or onsite work as needed to support business needs and clients

What you will do

• Lead client support and service delivery, including response standards, resolution targets, escalation paths, staffing models, and the Halo ticketing platform.
• Oversee infrastructure, systems engineering, technical delivery, documentation, and operational accountability.
• Own cybersecurity operations across the client base, including monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance readiness.
• Replace manual, reactive IT operations with automation and repeatable processes.
• Manage functional leaders across Client Support, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations while building a leadership bench.
• Build operational scorecards covering response times, resolution rates, security incidents, and client retention impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technology operations leadership experience, including at least 4 years in a managed service provider environment.
• Experience managing managers and multiple technical functions simultaneously.
• Experience improving operational consistency without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Strong practical understanding of cybersecurity operations and experience holding security leaders accountable.
• Experience building or scaling IT automation and replacing manual processes with repeatable systems.
• Direct, specific communication style with strong documentation and decision-making discipline.
