Acquisition Strategy Manager (iGaming)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid

Salary: $97,000–$121,000 CAD annually

hirify.global is a mobile gaming company operating Sportsbook, Casino, Racing, daily fantasy sports, television, and streaming products across the United States and Canada.

What you will do

• Own acquisition strategy, execution, and reporting across Sportsbook and Casino products and regions.
• Develop promotional strategies and offers that drive profitable and responsible revenue growth.
• Define player propositions, segmentation, and KPIs for sportsbook, casino cross-sell, and direct casino players.
• Identify key annual customer moments and build execution plans with Media, Commercial, Analytics, Retention, Product, Finance, and Operations.
• Deliver customer-data and research insights to support decisions, senior leadership alignment, and product roadmap prioritization.
• Own activation targets and promotional spend while coaching and developing an Acquisition Strategy Associate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in consulting, finance, marketing, or commercial roles.
• Degree or educational background in commerce or a quantitative field, with a strong GPA.
• Experience leading projects and working effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Proactive approach to delivering results and managing competing priorities.
• B2C experience and a strong understanding of consumer behaviour.
• Experience managing and coaching a team is an advantage.
