GTM & Sales Operations Associate (AI)

Location: Remote in the Bay Area, Seattle, or the Pacific Time Zone; U.S.-focused role

Salary: USD $80,000–$130,000 annual base salary for U.S. candidates, with geographic pay zones; bonus, equity, and sales compensation plan eligibility may also apply.

What you will do

• Analyze the North American market, competition, buyers, and internal deal data to support go-to-market decisions.
• Own pipeline and forecast analytics and run a reliable forecast cadence for regional leadership.
• Build AI-native workflows by connecting LLMs and low-code tools to the sales technology stack.
• Manage sales commission calculations and incentive plans accurately and transparently.
• Maintain clean, trustworthy CRM and sales data as the source of truth for people and AI agents.
• Coordinate strategy, metrics, and priorities between North America leadership and global headquarters across time zones.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, GTM or business strategy, market or competitive research, consulting, or another highly analytical role.
• Ability to turn raw data and external research into defensible recommendations.
• Professional or native fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred for collaboration with the North American field team and global headquarters.
• Strong practical use of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools, with an automation-first approach.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, prompting, or natural-language development of internal tools and workflows.
