Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid with three days in the office and two days working from home

What you will do

• Own demand forecasting, replenishment, and ordering for assigned product categories.
• Manage supplier operational performance, including OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy, and lead times.
• Work with Category Management, Fulfillment Operations, and Finance to balance availability, cost, and inventory health.
• Support automation and system improvements that reduce manual ordering.
• Resolve supplier and inventory issues before they affect customers.
• Track and improve forecast accuracy, shrink, and product availability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent Czech or Slovak and advanced English.
• Experience in FMCG, grocery retail, or e-commerce is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ERP or WMS systems is advantageous.
