Location: Field based in the Central U.S.; candidates must reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory borders, with travel by air and car estimated at 50% or more. Key cities include Minneapolis, Des Moines, Kansas City, St. Louis, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Austin, and Houston.
Base salary: $200,000–$230,000 USD annually, plus discretionary bonus and equity for permanent hires.

is a biotechnology company developing COMP360 psilocybin as an investigational treatment for treatment-resistant depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
What you will do
- Support site REMS certification, patient REMS enrollment, and operational readiness for therapy delivery.
- Educate healthcare stakeholders on coverage, coding, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement, and affordability programs.
- Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, HUB, distribution, and other approved support pathways.
- Coordinate treatment logistics and scheduling across sites, REMS requirements, specialty pharmacies, distribution partners, and external support networks.
- Maintain account plans, compliant CRM documentation, and cross-functional handoffs while preserving non-promotional role boundaries.
- Coach and mentor Patient Access Liaisons, share field insights, and lead regional initiatives or special projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare environments.
- Experience with REMS-regulated products, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, patient support services, coverage, coding, benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, and affordability programs.
- Experience supporting patient progression from referral through treatment initiation and building relationships with treatment sites and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able and willing to travel within the assigned geography, with travel estimated at 50% or more, and must have employment rights in the United States.
