Workforce Management Forecaster

What you will do

• Develop and maintain forecasts for more than 1,000 Customer Service employees across hirify.global’s North American locations.
• Analyze customer demand, order volume, and sales trends using weighted averages, indexing, seasonality, and trend analysis.
• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify improvements to workforce management forecasting and scheduling processes.
• Communicate data trends, staffing plans, and expected outcomes to leadership and senior management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of forecasting experience.
• At least 3 years of Excel experience with strong knowledge of formula definitions.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Workforce management scheduling software experience is preferred.
• All positions are on-site in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
