Front of House Manager

What you will do

• Lead front-of-house service standards and elevate the guest experience on the venue floor.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, onboard, and develop front-of-house team members.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, assigned shifts, staffing, delegation, and follow-up.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to improve performance, revenue, and profitability.
• Support ordering, inventory management, facilities needs, and compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Maintain a positive, accountable, high-energy work environment during high-volume periods.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain licenses and certifications required for the location.
• Must be at least 21 years old where required by state or local law.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain on foot and in motion for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and communicate in moderate to high background noise.
