Sales Manager (Electrical Engineering)

Develops electrical engineering products and solutions for utility and industrial customers.

What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
• Build product knowledge and explain technology and innovation to customers.
• Prepare quarterly order forecasts and achieve sales goals.
• Analyze and report industry, competitor, and customer trends.
• Coordinate customer feedback, product issues, contracts, risk, and accounts receivable activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent education and technical sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or technical sales.
• Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to travel and communicate effectively.
• Ability to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities, and work cooperatively in a team.
• Fluency in the local language and familiarity with local business practices are required.

Nice to have

• Experience using SEL products.
• Experience in the utility or industrial industry.
