Hospital Service Technician I (MedTech)

What you will do

• Deliver medical equipment to patient rooms and standby locations in patient-ready condition.
• Configure equipment with the required software, accessories, and disposables.
• Explain equipment features and functionality to clinical staff.
• Pick up, clean, process, and prepare equipment according to hospital and company protocols.
• Maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and customer and company performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience; prior hospital experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours supporting a 24/7 schedule.
• Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand.
