What you will do

• Provide licensed nursing services and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical issues such as wounds and infection control under the direction of the director.
• Respond to emergencies and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents' health.
• Provide health-related consultations and educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate closely with departments and staff.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice required.
• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
• At least one year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• CPR certification required.
• Acceptable English proficiency for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely under pressure as part of a team.
