Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living/PT/Alternating Weekends 8 Hours per Day/$30

What you will do

• Provide licensed nursing services and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, care plans, service plans, discharges, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical needs such as wounds and infection control under director supervision.
• Monitor resident health changes, notify physicians and family members, and respond to emergencies.
• Consult on health-related concerns and provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate closely with departments and staff.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Acceptable English proficiency required for communication and emergency response.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely under pressure as part of a team.
