Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, discharges, and clinical documentation as needed.
• Develop acute, long-term care, and service plans.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under director guidance.
• Respond to emergencies and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents’ health.
• Provide health-related consultations and educational meetings for residents and staff while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice and CPR certification.
• Acceptable English proficiency is required for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and during critical situations.
