Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living

Location: St. Charles, Illinois, United States; onsite

Salary: USD 35–38 per hour

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, care plans, service plans, discharges, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds and infection control issues under the director’s guidance.
• Provide health-related consultation and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Notify physicians and family members about changes in residents’ health and document communications.
• Communicate with departments and staff while providing educational meetings for residents and employees.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic computer skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Ability to work safely under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and handle critical situations calmly.
