Project Manager (Pharma)

Location: Columbia, Missouri, USA; candidates must live within a commutable distance. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Define client project scope, study designs, quotes, proposals, and project setups in eLtMS-BPT.
• Coordinate clients, commercial staff, operations, analytical test designers, and internal departments.
• Manage stability studies, study prerequisites, methods, protocols, samples, standards, and change orders.
• Monitor project status, timelines, scope changes, operational issues, invoices, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure study information accurately reflects client expectations.
• Provide project updates and coordinate client meetings, calls, and responses to questions or concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a directly related field.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship is required.
• Project management or facilitation experience and familiarity with project management tools and methods.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts including frequency, sampling theory, factor analysis, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets for root cause analysis, statistical modeling, and trending.
• Willingness to learn eLtMS, EtQ, and Microsoft Office applications.
