Technical Solution Manager (Biotechnology)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Provide account management and high-level technical support to customers.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for sales and marketing activities.
• Manage the daily operation of the customer service function.
• Lead project management and project design activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience relevant to technical solution management, customer support, account management, project management, or project design.
• Ability to provide high-level technical guidance and support customer-facing sales activities.
• Ability to manage customer service operations and customer relationships.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Availability for occasional travel.
